1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how The Gladiators (“the app”, “the game”, “the service”) collects, uses, shares, and deletes user data. The service includes the Android application distributed on Google Play under package name com.kayacomputer.com, game servers, and this website at https://thegladiators.tr.

By using the app you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and request account deletion.

2. Data we collect

We collect only data needed to run, secure, and improve the game. We do not sell personal data. Special-category data (health, race, politics, religion, sexual orientation) is not collected.

3. How we use data

• Provide the game: save progress, guilds, chat, rankings, and online features.
• Authenticate your account (including Google Sign-In if you use it).
• Process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• Show ads (Google AdMob) and measure ad performance.
• Detect cheating, abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability and balance.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with law.

4. Advertising

The app may display ads served by Google AdMob and related Google advertising services. For this purpose we and our advertising partners may use the Android Advertising ID, device information, and approximate IP-based region to deliver, measure, and (where allowed) personalize ads.

You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in Android settings: Settings → Google → Ads (wording may vary by device). See also Google Advertising and AdMob privacy.

5. Third parties

We share data with service providers who process it on our instructions to operate the app. We do not sell your data.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under their own terms and appropriate transfer safeguards.

6. Data retention

Account and gameplay data are kept while your account is active. After a verified deletion request we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for security, anti-fraud, accounting, or legal reasons (for example purchase receipts) for a limited additional period.

Email the same request to info@thegladiators.tr with your in-game name. We verify ownership, then delete the account. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side data.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, anti-cheat). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

The Gladiators is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including EEA/UK/Türkiye), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact: info@thegladiators.tr. We aim to respond within 30 days.

11. International users

This Privacy Policy applies in all countries where the app is available on Google Play. Data may be processed in Türkiye, the EEA, the United States, or other locations where our providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where local law requires additional consent.

1. Kimiz

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, The Gladiators uygulamasının (paket adı com.kayacomputer.com), oyun sunucularının ve https://thegladiators.tr sitesinin kullanıcı verilerini nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, paylaştığını ve sildiğini açıklar.

2. Toplanan veriler

Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, ırk, siyasi görüş vb.) bilerek toplanmaz.

• Hesap: oyuncu adı, hesap kimliği, Google ile giriş tanımlayıcısı.
• Oyun etkinliği: ilerleme, envanter, lonca, sohbet, sıralama.
• Cihaz ve kimlikler: model, Android sürümü, dil, IP, Reklam Kimliği (Advertising ID).
• Satın alma: Google Play Faturalandırma işlem kimlikleri; kart numarasına erişmeyiz.
• Analitik / çökme: Firebase Analytics ve hata kayıtları.
• Konum: hassas GPS toplanmaz; IP’den yaklaşık bölge çıkabilir.

3. Kullanım amaçları

• Oyunu çalıştırmak ve kaydı tutmak;
• Giriş ve satın alma;
• Reklam göstermek (AdMob);
• Hile, dolandırıcılık ve güvenlik;
• Destek ve yasal yükümlülükler;
• İstikrarı iyileştirmek.

4. Reklamlar

Hesap aktifken veriler saklanır. Doğrulanmış silme talebinden sonra kişisel veriler 30 gün içinde silinir veya anonimleştirilir; yasal/muhasebe kayıtları istisnadır.
